2020 has been tumultuous for Black Americans everywhere. The disappointment of leadership, politicians and government has put an unbearable burden on the black & brown communities. Systematic racism is clearly evident in our communities and is a reality black & brown communities everyday. The time for social change has not been greater than now in 2020. 

For the families of Breonna Taylor, George Floyd, Sandra Bland, Rayshard Brooks, Atatianna Jefferson, Stephon Clark, Philando Castille, Ahmaud Arbery,(and the many whose stories are  equally as important) justice is more than a distant dream. The time to end systematic racism is now. Taurus Beauty Shop will always support the those that are working to eliminate social injustice and push forward social change. There are many organizations working to make progress in the social justice movement.
